     I am not an advocate of censorship but if the FCC wants to protect the air ways of harmful vulgar content, and the FDA wish to protect us from physically harmful substances. The government goes to war to protect us from global terrorist threats.  The CIA, FBI, ATF, and the Border Patrol protect us from aliens, illegal drugs, and spies.  With the success of these agencies it is easy to see why policing the internet is going to be impossible.  
     I sure you, just as I are tired of getting these emails flooding our service.  I have tried to label them as junk or tired to block them to no end.  Notice that some come from the same source but with different people or addresses.  By trying to block them only generate the flood gates to open.  My sister says that they are searching for an active email account and once you try to eructate them you are advertising that you are reading your mail.
